I found the Ella really good to pump colostrum. I had trouble with pumping once I came home from hospital but now have worked out how to use and can get over 120ml from each breast in 5 mins. Very happy with my purchase.

Size down if in between sizes

I measured in between sizes and originally sized up to a 19mm flange. It worked well but the 2nd flange I bought was a 17mm and was a far better fit. It's great that these are available for those of us who need smaller sizing. Very easy to fit into my Ella breast pumps.

Still not received!

I order this now 2 weeks ago and still have not received it nor is it giving me an updated date anymore it says it has been delayed for more then a week now! Not impressed at all last time I am ordering from this place

As you can see on the tracking link, you placed your ordered on the 9th, and we shipped on the 10th.
There's been major delayed with AUS Post which, as I'm sure you can appreciate, is totally out of our control.
This would have happened with any orders you placed, with any businesses.
I beleive your frustration is with the postage, more than with our brand/products.
Note that in any case, orders from VIC to WA will take longer, and we encourage you to select express postage if you wish AUS Post to prioritise your order.
I am not too sure what else, as a company, we could have done.
