Have had nothing but trouble with my Mumilk breast pump. First motor stopped working and had no suction at all after just 5 weeks. They sent a replacement pump which the suction effectiveness wore out after just 2 weeks.
I also had problems with the suction diagram and silicone shield leaking even after making sure I dried all the parts and they were assembled correctly.
I ended up giving up with the pump all together and buying Kmart one which I’ve had no problems with at all.
I bought this and had issues with suctioning. The parts have to be on very tight and well. Had to disconnect multiple times to ensure it worked. Customer service is excellent. I emailed my concerns and they guided me well. However i still think the parts could be a bit better. Product does the job but could pump a bit faster. Overall not to be bad. Just need to get used to it and understand the assembly. The valve has to be straight and not bent at all otherwise it wont work.
I love this product! I got gifted one for my baby shower & after trialing the one decided I needed another.
The 20min timing is perfect, easy to wash. I had an issue with one of them at the beginning where the suction wasn’t working but the staff were quick to post me out a replacement one.
Highly recommend for Mummas who are exclusively pumping and bottle feeding!

Bought one 5 weeks ago and the suction’s effectiveness wears out. it’s very unpredictable because sometimes the suction would be great but other times i also need to keep adjusting parts just to get that output. i always make sure to dry the parts and assemble them properly but still hard to get proper suction sometimes. it’s annoying and time consuming.
