We have implemented a $15 restocking fee for change of mind returns and exchanges.
This fee covers the shipping and transaction expenses associated with the initial purchase. It helps offset the costs we incur for shipping the product to you and processing secure transactions. We strive to provide efficient service while maintaining a fair and sustainable business model. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer support team.
Return postage for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event that a device fails we will either offer a free repair or a replacement (at our discretion based on stock levels and availability of spares).

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Mumilk. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
